Refunds will only be issued for courses purchased if the customer meets the requirements listed below. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable items that you may cancel at any time. Refund Policy Details:
To receive a full refund for the course you purchased you must contact support within 90 days of your purchase with the following proof which we will use to determine if you truly made an effort to use the strategies taught in the course. You must provide these 3 things to receive a full refund:
- 100 backtest trades recorded in a spreadsheet or trading log.
- Proof of the backtested trades on a live or demo account.
- A written trading plan that reflects the strategies you have implemented.
If you have completed the course material and have proof of these three things and are still unsatisfied with your purchase we will issue you a full refund!
