  • This journal is specifically for those who want to accomplish something and have something that holds them accountable. This journal will ask you, what you want to accomplish 100 days from now, what are your daily action plans that are going to propel you to get there, and at the end of the day, they ask you what are some things you struggled with. They even ask you to grade your discipline and your overall day on a scale of 1 to 5, and then after every 10 days, you measure all 10 days individually and figure out what you could’ve done better to help you reach your goal!
  • The crazy thing about this is, in my opinion, writing down your goals actually mean something. You have to actually write them out. Pen to paper. Typing your goals out are cool too, but for a fast typer like myself, I can write a whole list of 20 goals in under 5 minutes. If I wrote them all out, it would for sure take me about 30.
  • I had a 100-day goal, and after writing it down every single day, by Day 31… I reached it. I don’t just think it happened out of thin air. Obviously I took the appropriate actions to get what I wanted; but when you physically write your goals down and you have a journal to hold you accountable, it does wonders!
